This specific AA4D1 variant features R1 EN10226 threaded process connection, 140mm solid PPS rod sensing probe, F14 polyester IP66 housing and SPDT potential-free relay output without field calibration requirement. Built-in active material buildup compensation circuit automatically eliminates measurement drift caused by medium adhesion on probe surface, ensuring stable switching performance under sticky, dusty working conditions. With fully mechanical wear-free internal structure, the unit requires zero routine maintenance and fits non-hazardous industrial environments across food, feed, cement, chemical and grain processing industries.
